Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Tender is operated by Sabrina Bourgeois (“we”, “our”). Sabrina Bourgeois is the data controller for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy, except where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for checkout, payments, tax, invoicing, and refunds.
Personal data we collect
- Purchase and access data — transaction ID, purchase status, and information needed to unlock or restore your journal access.
- Support correspondence — your name, email address, and the contents of any message you send about Tender, refunds, or support.
- Device and technical data — basic information needed to serve the site securely, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs.
- Journal content — your prompt answers, ultrasound photos, and captions. This content is stored only in your browser's local storage on your device and is not uploaded to us.
Why we use personal data
- To provide Tender, unlock purchased access, and restore access when requested (contract).
- To respond to product support and refund questions (contract / legitimate interests).
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot the service (legitimate interests).
- To meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations where applicable (legal obligation).
Payment data and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing, subscription and order administration where applicable, customer service inquiries, and returns. See Paddle's privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Retention
Purchase and accounting records are kept for as long as required by tax, accounting, and legal rules. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years after the last correspondence unless a longer period is needed for legal reasons. Journal content stays on your device until you delete it or clear your browser storage.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and complain to a data protection authority. Contact us using the product support address shown on your Paddle receipt to exercise these rights.
International transfers
Our providers, including Paddle, may process personal data outside your country. Where required, they rely on safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent measures.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, and limited access to support information. No method is completely secure, so please export or back up journal content you want to keep.
Cookies and local storage
Tender uses an essential cookie to remember purchase access on this browser. Tender also uses browser local storage to save your journal entries and ultrasound photos on your device. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
