Tender is sold by Sabrina Bourgeois through our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all Tender orders and handles returns.

If you are not satisfied with your Tender purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Follow the prompts to request a refund or contact Paddle buyer support.
3. Paddle will confirm the outcome by email and return funds to the original payment method when approved.

After a refund

Once your refund is processed, your paid access to Tender may be revoked. Journal entries and photos saved locally in your browser remain on your device until you delete them or clear browser storage.
